Add or remove read confirmation readers

Add a reader

Once a read confirmation request has been added to content (either as a standalone read confirmation or in the workflow on transition to the final state), a page editor can add a user to the read confirmation using the read confirmation popup.



You can search for a user to request read confirmation by their full name, username or email address.


Check the checkbox for the user and select Save to add the user as a reader.


Remove a reader

Users can be added or removed as readers using the Edit readers menu option.

Uncheck the user to be removed and choose Save to update the readers.


A reader can be removed, even if they have completed the requested read confirmation.
