Read confirmation popup

Overview

The read confirmation popup allows you to keep track of the progress of the read confirmations.

The contents of the read confirmation popup will change to reflect the current state of the read confirmation: 

• status of the read confirmation as PENDING, OVERDUE or COMPLETED.
• status of each individual user read confirmation including the version and time for a completed read confirmation.
• the current due date for completion of requested read confirmations.

The OVERDUE status will only be displayed if a due date has been added for the read confirmation. The period of time elapsed will also be displayed.

The read confirmation popup is used with standalone read confirmations and the approval workflow read confirmation.

Read confirmation menu

The ellipsis menu in the read confirmation popup allows page editors and admins to:

• edit readers for the read confirmation.
• resend read confirmations and reset the read confirmation for all previously confirmed readers.

The popup due date clock icon allows the addition or, editing of the required due date for the completion of a read confirmation.
