Resending requested read confirmation
Reconfirming a user read confirmation
If you need your users to reconfirm - e.g. you need to re-confirm reading of company policy - you can use the resend icon on the read confirmation popup.
Send new request clears all the existing completed read confirmations for the content.
If the content has been updated, existing completed user read confirmations can be cleared if the content reviewer using the workflow popup chooses to request a new read confirmation on an Approve decision.
Both options will resend read confirmation for all individual completed read confirmations.
If you need to send a single individual user a new read confirmation request, the user must be removed from the confirmation popup as a reader.
