I want to move a non-upgraded page for Document activity to an upgraded space

Overview

When upgrading your app to Comala Document Management 7.0 for Data Center, you may need to move a page from a space that has not been upgraded to use document activity to another space.

The upgrade status of the destination space will impact on any additional required actions for the page in the new space

Move non-upgraded page to another space that has been upgraded

When a page with workflow page activity records (non-upgraded page) is moved into an upgraded space

• an error is displayed indicating individual upgrade is required when accessing the document activity report on the page and includes a link back to the page activity report

• Execute the documentactivity/upgrade/content/run endpoint to resolve the “individual upgrade is required“ issue

Move non-upgraded page to another space with workflow activity that is not upgraded

Both the moved page and the destination space are using page activity to record workflow events and actions.

• moved page and existing pages will continue to use page activity until the space data is successfully upgraded

• there is no change in the space document activity data upgrade status for the destination space
