Overview
For each space, the space administrator in the space settings Publishing dashboard can disable the option for users to publish a single page manually.
When Single page publishing is enabled, the Publish option lozenge is displayed in the publishing status byline lozenge dropdown dialog box on the page.
This standalone single-page publishing option of a page is enabled by default.
If Enabling Publishing features is disabled by a space admin in the space settings Publishing dashboard, the Publishing dashboard Single page publishing slider is inactive and single-page publishing is disabled.
Disable single-page standalone publishing
In space settings
choose Publishing
toggle the green tick slider to disabled (grey)
The Publish option lozenge is not available in the publishing status lozenge dropdown dialog box on the page.
Publishing using a Comala Document Management workflow (by final state or customized trigger) will still occur if single-page publishing is disabled,
