Space administration - Publishing dashboard
Source space Publishing dashboard
The Comala Publishing configuration for publishing a space is in the space settings Publishing dashboard in the source space for the content to be published.
In the space settings publishing dashboard a space administrator can
On publishing the whole space Space publishing is appended with a confirmation of the last whole space publish.
The confirmation message includes
the number of pages published
the target space name
user who undertook the Space publish action
date and time
The space publishing report can be viewed by choosing the See details link.
Incomplete publishing will be denoted by a warning icon.
Target space Publishing dashboard
Once a space has been configured as a target space, this target space cannot be configured as a source space for publishing. The target space Publishing dashboard displays a message confirming the space as a target space for publishing including details of the source space and a link to edit to the publishing configuration in the source space.
