Metadata references

Overview

You can access metadata from third-party apps via Value References.

You can also use the Comala Document Management set-metadata macro and get-metadata macro to create metadata that you can use in your workflow.

Supported apps

Metadata from the following apps can be used:

• Communardo Metadata for Confluence app
• Comala Metadata app

Where can they be used?

They can be used in:

• any macro that supports Value References or Conditions
• in addition, for the Comala Metadata app, any wiki content where the {get-metadata} macro can be used
