Overview
Exporting to PDF or Word will respect the Published vs. Draft state of content when using Same-space publishing.
What is exported?
| Workflow state type | Notes | |
|---|---|---|
| No workflow | Latest version of content is exported | |
| Unrestricted workflow state | Latest version of content is exported |
| Draft workflow state | Draft version being viewed is exported |
| Published workflow state | Published version is exported |

Draft state exports
When exporting content that is in a draft workflow state from content with an applied workflow the state name will be displayed under the page title in the exported file.
