Edit Parameters - Page Tools

Overview

Use this feature to inspect and edit your workflow parameter values

This page tools menu option is only available

• in page mode
• when one or more workflow parameters added to the workflow are configured as editable

Choose Edit Parameters  to open the edit parameters dialog box

Each editable workflow parameter will be displayed with the options for changing its value.

Choose Save to update the workflow parameter(s) value for the content.

 In some instances, the updated value may only be accessed by the workflow after a workflow action such as a transition.

Workflow parameter values for space workflows are editable by the space admin in the space tools Parameters dashboard.

• no page tools option will be displayed when the workflow is applied in space mode
• in space mode, if the workflow parameter value is set as editable, a user will be able to amend its value on the first application of a space workflow to content as part of the workflow setup prompt
