Administrator Roles

  • System Admins manage the installation and upgrading of Comala Document Control

  • Confluence Admins manage the configuration and notification settings of Comala Document Control

  • Space Admins define which of the workflows are available in the space, whether the workflow is applied across all content or users can add a workflow to an individual page or blog post

An individual user can configure in their Profile Settings whether In App Notifications are sent when the state changes on pages they are watching
