To access the Comala Document Management admin screens for a space, choose Document Management from the Space Tools menu.

You'll see the following set of tab options,  with the Document Management tab initially selected.

  • Document Management – the dashboard to manage both your space scope workflows and your page workflow templates.

  • Configuration - configure how various workflow features (for example, workflow drafts and visibility) operate within their space

  • Parameters - edit the values of workflow parameters defined with the workflow parameter macro in workflow templates that are applied in space mode

  • Notifications - customise the space level notification settings which apply to all workflows used in the space

  • Import - import workflows from the Workflows Exchange repository

  • Support (Support Console) - create a support package detailing workflow activity and debugging issues to add to a support request

  • Clear History - permanently wipe all workflow data (states, activity logs, tasks) associated with each page and blog post in the space

  • Remote Publishing – requires the Remote Publishing for Comala Document Management app

  • Audit Log - a full audit trail of key events such as changes to configuration, templates and parameters recorded in the Confluence audit log

  • Report Data Population - manual populate data by running a space level job to ensure reports display up-to-date data
