Workflow Popup

Overview
The workflow popup allows you to keep track of every stage of the workflow.
The contents of the workflow popup will change to reflect the current state of the workflow and the type of transition that is defined for the current state.
- simply choose the current content byline item (state name) to open the workflow popup
The Review and Rejected state in the approval workflow has a content review. This is characterized in the workflow popup by content review decision buttons captioned Approve and Reject.
The Approved state has no option to transition for the user to transition.
A transition to the Review state will occur if the content is updated.
The workflow popup in the Approved state includes a button to view the page activity report.
If the content is currently in a draft version (Review or Rejected state) and you are viewing the last approved version there is no access to the workflow popup from the Approved breadcrumb when viewing this last approved version.Â
