Comala Document Approval will send email notifications and on-screen messages for some approval related events.
Email notifications
Comala Document Approval will send email notifications for the following events
- a user is assigned to review a page/blog
The email notification is sent to the user assigned to the review. - an assignee to a content review is unassigned from the review. The email notification is sent to the user who was unassigned.
Email notifications will come from no-reply@comalatech.com. This is not from the address that normally sends emails related to built-in Confluence functionality.
On-screen message notifications
A user who is assigned to a content review, in addition to email notification of the assignment to the review, will see an on-screen notification message when they view the content.
The message includes the name of the approval and the user who manually assigned the reviewer.
Users viewing the content will also see an on-screen message notification when a user approval decision (approved/rejected) has occurred.
