Overview
When Comala Document Approval is applied to a page or blog post, the Content Byline Item will be added to the page/blog heading:
Approval Status
The content byline item includes the current state name (and the current state icon) of the approval workflow added to the page.Â
In initial approval state when added to the page this is Review -.
You can choose the state name to open the approval popup.
Any user with View or Edit permission can approve or reject the content. If you assign a specific user using +Add Reviewer, only this user will be able to approve or reject the content.
A user with view-only permission will be able to see the approval state byline item but the contents of the approval popup will be disabled.
