Product Summary

Comala Document Management is the app of choice whenever Confluence pages need review or approval by one or more users (or Groups) before being published. Using customizable approvals and workflows, Comala Document Management facilitates greater control over an organization's Confluence documentation.

Migration and Deployments

At the moment ,Comala Document Management Cloud is the same app as Comala Document Control app for cloud. This is part of an app re-brand to ensure customers have a clear path when migrating to the cloud.

Comala Document Management for Cloud is similar to the server and data center versions, but due to functional differences between the Cloud and Server platforms, we are not able to deliver 1:1 feature parity between the environments yet.  We are however committed to a cloud experience that offers the same end result as that found in server - effective control and management of documentation.  To that end, we will continue adding functionality to the Comala Document Management Cloud product throughout the next year (and beyond).
