Apply your Comala Cloud workflow to the content

You can apply a Comala Document Management Cloud workflow to content by adding either

Only one workflow can be active on an individual page at any one time. In addition, in cloud only one workflow can be active in a space. You cannot currently have multiple active workflows in a space - there is no option to use a content label filter.

The workflow applied in Cloud must have the same workflow state names (including lowercase/lowercase) as in server. Otherwise, the current workflow state may not be migrated.

If you require different processes for different content in a space you may need to create a single workflow with different pathways - see FAQ - Can I have multiple workflows in a space?
