Add a Comala Document Management workflow to an individual page (page mode)
Overview
A Comala Document Management workflow can be added
to an individual page or blog post (page mode)
across all content (pages and blog posts) in a space (space mode)
As only one workflow can be active on a piece of content at any one time remove any existing page mode workflow to add a new workflow.
Adding a space workflow overrides any workflow added individually to a page or blog post.
A user with view and edit permission for the page or blog post can add a page workflow (if there is no active space workflow in the space).
Adding a workflow to an individual page or blog post (page mode)
If Comala Document Control is installed to your instance a user with view/edit permission can add a workflow to an individual page or blog post by choosing one of
the Add Workflow breadcrumb in the content sub-title and select Add Workflow to this Page
If current user does not have administrator permission for the space ONLY the Add Workflow to this Page option is displayed in the popup.
Choose the workflow to add to the page or blog post.
Choose Apply to add the workflow.
The initial workflow state for the chosen workflow is added as a breadcrumb to the page or blog post.
Addition of the page workflow is confirmed in an on-screen notification.
Once a page workflow has been added to the page, the page tools menu includes additional options
Show Workflow displays the current workflow name and visual flowchart
Document Activity displays the document activity report for the current page or blog post
Remove Page Workflow removes the workflow from the page or blog post
