Workflow Popup
Overview
The workflow popup allows you to keep track of every stage of the workflow.
The contents of the workflow popup change to reflect the current state of the workflow and the type of transition that is defined for the current state.
If the state has a content review, the workflow popup includes two buttons for a user to undertake an approval decision. By default, these are captioned Approve and Reject.
The Approve and Reject buttons can be configured to action a content review transition.
The workflow progress tracker bar can be found at the bottom of the workflow popup.
If the workflow status bar has a state indicator circle that is filled, it means you (as the current user viewing the content) are assigned to a content review in the current document state. For more information on what the circle means, see status indicator circles.
