Updating Comala Document Management for Confluence Server to the Latest Version
For general app upgrade guidance, see Atlassian's Updating Add-ons guide.
We strongly recommend doing a practice upgrade in a development or test environment first in order to identify any potential problems.
For large deployments, we also recommend doing a practice upgrade in a staging environment which closely resembles the production or live environment, and then performing some acceptance tests to ensure that workflow functionality, notifications, etc., are all working as expected.
Always take a full backup before updating a production or live environment.

Comala Document Management v7.0 for Data Center ONLY planned release Q1 2023
Comala Document Management v6.17+ releases include the option to run pre-upgrade data checks to check upgrade viability to move from Page Activity to the use of the new Document Activity function in Comala Document Management 7.0+. This provide estimates of time to undertake the upgrade.
Update releases to subsequent server versions of Comala Document Management are limited to compatibility, security and critical bug fix releases until end of Atlassian server Jan 15, 2024 .
