Overview
The Document Actions report on your user profile shows a summary of pending reviews assigned to you.
Viewing the report
To view all pending approval actions assigned to you
open your user menu
choose Document ActionsÂ

the Comala Document Management Actions report lists all current pending approval actions for you as the current user
Â
mouse over a pending action to view details of the assigner and period of time elapsed since the assignment
The Comala Document Management Actions report for the current user is also displayed in the Confluence dashboard.
Pending read confirmation actions for the current user are displayed in Read Assignments in the user profile.
