Welcome to Comala Document Approval for Confluence Cloud

The easiest way to add simple reviews and approvals to your Confluence Cloud pages and blog posts
Comala Document Approval makes it easy to ensure content is reviewed and signed-off, on a per-document or a per-space basis.
Approvers are assigned right inside of Confluence, using the simple workflow popup UI.
The included reporting tool Approvals Report allows you to see the approval status of every page and blog post inside a space.
Content can be reviewed in a draft Review state
once approved by a reviewer the content is automatically transitioned to the Approved state
if the page is updated when in the Approved state, a new version of the page is created in the Review state
