Screen Location: Space Tools > Document Management > Space Workflows Document Management > Page Workflows Templates

A workflow operates in much the same way as its counterpart on the Space Workflows Document Management dashboard. There are a couple of differences:

• Workflow content labels won't be active because these workflows aren't applied at the space level, the filter label parameter on the workflow macro has no effect but they will be visible in the dashboard

• Some dashboards utility actions are unavailable such as Initialise States

Space admins can edit a space scope workflow in this dashboard but changes will not affect the source space workflow or change the workflow already added to a page or blog post.

Edit	Image RemovedImage Added	Opens the markup editor. Editing the workflow template will not change any copies previously added to content. See: Workflow Authoring Guide	Space scope workflows ONLY
Activate	Image RemovedImage Added	Enabled workflow. Available for users to add a copy as a page workflow. Click to disable the workflow. This will not disable any copies already added to content.	All active workflows
Disable		Disabled workflow. Click to enable the workflow. Workflow is not currently available for users to add a copy as a page workflow. Previous copies added to content are not disabled.	All disabled workflows
Remove	Image RemovedImage Added	Deletes the workflow template. This will not remove any copies previously added to content.	Space scope workflows ONLY

Users (with Edit permission for the content) can use workflow builder to

• create new workflows – unique to the individual page or blog post using these workflow templates. 

• edit a workflow – unique to the individual page or blog post
