User Onboarding
The User onboarding option is only implemented for new installations of the Comala Document Management app. It cannot be enabled for existing app installations.
When enabled on the initial installation of Comala Document Management app, User Onboarding provides first time users of Comala Document Management welcome screens containing introductory information and links to the documentation.
There are also page hints for Comala Document Management functionality that will appear during the first week after install, these will be visible only to users that have permissions to add a workflow to a page.
Disable User Onboarding
You may want to disable the user onboarding for the first installation of Comala Document Management if your site has customized training for new users, or if links to external resources are not permitted in your environment.
This can be disabled for the new installation of the app using the User Onboarding checkbox option in the Comala Document Management global configuration screen
