What's New

Workflow Builder is now available

Workflows 5.7 now includes the first public release of the Using Workflow Builder.  You can now edit workflow states, transitions, approvals and other parameters through a graphical interface. 


We will be incrementally improving the builder over the next few releases to make it easier to do things like creating a new workflow and editing triggers.

Other fixes and updates

  • A new event stateexpiryupdated has been added to notify changes in a state due date
  • Fixed an issue where an excluded user could still approve/reject a page.
  • Fixed an issue where emails sent from Workflows were not using the correct from address information defined in Confluence.
  • Updated UI Dutch, German and Japanese translation.
  • Several UI issues fixed.
