Comala Document Management 7 for Data Center
Comala Document Management v7 and later introduce a new capability for tracking workflow-related events - Document Activity. This replaces a key capability for many of our customers - page activity - especially those who rely on our app for regulatory and compliance needs.
Document activity provides
enhanced performance and stability when loading applied workflow data with large numbers of states, approvals and events mitigating the risk of data loss due to size limits
a new document activity report with improved layout, sorting and filtering including the flexibility to add advanced filters
document activity APIs to drive your own business insight from the document lifecycle by connecting to your organisational business tools for tailored reporting
Document activity is automatically used for workflow activity in new spaces after upgrading to Comala Document Management v7 or later. Existing spaces will require a data upgrade to use document activity.
