Canvas for Jira non-admin users can now access Canvas Administration menu options to Manage boards and Manage Filters for the boards they have created.
This now means a non-admin user can use these options to delete the boards they have created.

New Plan Mode
The Plan mode allows users to plan issues into Components, Releases, and Sprints.
- in order to allow these classifications make sure that Components, FixVersion/s and Sprints fields are enabled in Manage Fields.
With Plan mode you can
- drag the issues from the Backlog to the Planner
- or move issues back from the Planner by clicking on the X at the right end of the issue (shows up when the cursor hovers over the issue)

Support for JIRA Ranking feature
Issues can now be ranked by drag-and-drop on boards, using the JIRA Ranking feature. This requires the 'rank' field to be used in the JQL filter. A dialog will be displayed if an issue is moved but the Ranking feature is not active.

Unassigned issues can now be directly assigned from the card preview
With this improvement you don't need to go back and forth between different views or select the "assignee" column to assign unassigned issues. Open the card preview and directly assign the issue to a team member.
