After a data upgrade to use Document Activity, the previous Page Activity data will continue to be stored in the previous format for the life of Comala Document Management 7.0+ and a recovery path will be available. This recovery path will NOT include any data changes that occurred after the data upgrade.
What to do if any pre-upgrade checks or an upgrade fails?
A pre-upgrade check that includes any errors on pages in a space will display the number of pages with an error in the space and a downloadable Support Package file. This can be attached to a Comala support ticket.
The Support Package files linked in the Document Activity Upgrade Console are temporary files. If the Support Package is not found for a space, it may have been removed by the Confluence Clean Temporary Directory job and you will need to re-run the upgrade checks for this space.
