Overview

Adding Comala Document Approval to a page allows you to ensure that content is reviewed and signed-off.

The Document approval workflow can either be added on a page-by-page basis or added and applied to all pages in a space.

A user can then open the workflow popup to approve or reject the page. Based on the user decision the workflow will transition the Document approval workflow to a different workflow state.

If Approved content is updated, a new version is automatically created in the Review state.

Adding Comala Document Approval to one or more pages

In a space the Comala Document Approval app can operate in one of two modes

Only the space administrator can enable the Comala Document Approval workflow to add and apply to all content in the space.

If the workflow is not currently applied using the space tools, then an end-user can choose an individual page to add and apply the Comala Document Approval workflow on a page-by-page basis.
