The Global Workflows Templates dashboard allows Confluence Administrators to manage Comala Document Management workflow templates available in the instance. |

The global workflow templates dashboard lists all of the workflow templates added to the instance. These can be enabled (active) or disabled for the instance by the Confluence Admin. Active workflow templates are available for space admins to add to the space tools Document Management dashboard in each space. Active global workflows are also added by default to the page workflow templates dashboard in each space. |

Workflow content label
If a workflow is labeled (see label
parameter on workflow macro), a label lozenge will be shown after is displayed next to the workflow title in the dashboard.

The label will filter the application of the workflow to content with the label.

To import workflows the global administrator must be a member of a Confluence group added to Workflow Importers Importer Group. This option is found in the Security setting in Comala Document Management global configuration.
