Using Comala Publishing, pages are updated in a source space, and access managed by the Confluence space permissions . When ready, all manage access. All the pages in the space can be published in a single process when ready. Or, simply publish an individual page update.

If a review and an approval process is required in the source space, Comala Document Management can be installed to manage the approval and review process for your document lifecycle and, together with Comala Publishing, is used to automate the publishing of your pages to the published space.

The published Confluence space can also be linked for to Jira Service Management and used to help your customers by suggesting relevant articles when they raise a request in the portal.
