Overview
A snapshot collection can be created in a space and linked to another space. Collections created in a space or linked to a space are listed in the space tools snapshot publishing dashboard.
For a listed collection in the dashboard a space administrator can manage the collection using the collection options menu
edit the collection settings
delete the collection
unlink the collection from the current space
The space administrator can also manage existing snapshots in a collection using the snapshot document menu
move an existing snapshot from a collection
link an existing snapshot to another collection
remove the snapshot from the collection
Managing a collection in a space
A space administrator can manage the collection a space using the space snapshot publishing dashboard using the ellipsis menu option for each collection.
Open the ellipsis menu and choose
Edit to change the collection settings - name, description, viewers and contributors
Remove to delete collection (deletes the collection from the instance and it will no longer be accessible)
Unlink to unlink the collection from the current space (no additional snapshots can be added to the collection from this space)
The Edit and Remove options will only be accessible if the current space administrator is also the collection manager for the collection.
If a collection is removed from the site or unlinked from the current space, any snapshots not currently in another collection in the space will be added to the unassigned collection.
The unassigned collection is only displayed if the space includes one or more snapshot documents that are not currently added to a linked collection.
Manage existing snapshots in a collection
The space administrator can manage existing snapshots in a collection using the snapshot document ellipsis menu for each snapshot.

Click a collection name to list the snapshots in the collection. |
Open the ellipsis menu and choose
Link to to link the snapshot to one or more additional collections
Move to to add the snapshot to another collection (and remove from the current collection)
Remove from collection to remove from the current collection
The Remove from collection option opens a dialog box to confirm.
If the snapshot is removed from a collection and it is not present in another collection
an Unassigned collection is added to the current space
the snapshot is added to the Unassigned collection
