Can I have multiple workflows in a space?

Currently, the Comala Document Management Cloud app does not have the capability to have more than one active space workflow defined and filter each space workflow application by the content label.

Multiple workflows can be defined in a space and a copy applied as a page-level workflow to an individual page.

However, only one workflow can be defined for a space and applied as a space workflow across all content in the space.

Solution

A workflow can be created with different paths, to be applied at space level.

For example, if there are pages in your space that do not require a workflow to be applied, you could add a workflow state 'No workflow needed' to your workflow.
