Workflow builder workflow panel

In the workflow panel, you can choose to

The workflow panel displays one of two different views.

  • the workflow view is the default view

Choose + Add State to add a new state.

 

To display this workflow panel click anywhere in the navigator panel except on the state lozenges or buttons.

  • the state view

Choose a workflow state to access the state editor to edit the state name, state description, and add/edit state transitions and approvals.

State parameters for the current state are also displayed - for example, the final parameter is shown for the Approved state in the Basic Approval Workflow as the final state in the workflow.

Saving changes to the workflow

To save any edits to the current workflow you must:

  • choose the Saved button in the navigator panel to save any changes made to the workflow in workflow builder

  • choose Exit to return to the space settings dashboard and update the space workflow with the changes made in workflow builder
