v2.0+ releases are data center only
v1 releases up to and including v1.11.9 are server and data center compatible
v1.11.10+ releases will be server only
Document Activity capabilities are not available for the Comala Document Approval v1.11.9+ app but if you are considering a move to data center, you will be able to run document activity pre-upgrade checks on a space-by-space basis in our
data center and server app from v1.11+

We will continue to provide compatibility, security updates and bug fixes for our Comala Document Control v1.14+ server only app until 15 Feb 2024 when Atlassian ends support for Server products.
Comala Document Approval 2

To ensure that the activity upgrade is complete and accurate, we will need customers to enable Read Only Mode. This capability is only available in Confluence Data Center, so Comala Document Approval 2 will be Data Center Only.
To help you manage the impact on your users caused by scheduled maintenance periods,
from Comala Document Approval 1.11.0 - the ability to run upgrade checks so that you may validate your existing activity and get upgrade duration estimates (does not require Read Only Mode)
from Comala Document Approval - the ability to run upgrades on a space-by-space basis, allowing you to prioritize and schedule upgrades (does not require Read Only Mode)
Read Only Mode must be enabled to upgrade existing space data to use document activity. This can only be undertaken after installing Comala Document Approval v2.0+.
New spaces created after the installation of Comala Document Approval v2.0+ will use automatically use document activity when a workflow is applied to a document in the space.
Comala Document Approval Server 1.11.10+
