Report Macros

Overview

You can add one or more Comala report macros to your content to create workflow information dashboards for your users

• Page Activity Macro — Display recent page workflow activity on a page
• Page Status Macro — Displays the current workflow state for the current page on the page.
• Document States Report Macro — Display on a page the Document Approval workflow state information from content across one or more spaces including options to filter to specific states, spaces, and named approval(s)
• Document Stats Report Macro — Displays on a page the count for content in each workflow state
• Approval Workflow Report Macro — Report macro that can be configured to report on workflow states or workflow approvals or tasks.
