Generally, Confluence instances are restricted to company employees.

However, there are pages or documents that need to be shared with customers, suppliers or anonymous users in the corporate website.

To solve this situation, those pages are usually exported (as pdf, html or word doc) to be sent by email or duplicated to be publicly shared, time and again whenever there is a new version. And the same happens for files and attachments.

Share It allows users to easily share pages and attachments with non-Confluence users, even outside of your organization.

  • with just one click create a unique link that you can share via email or direct access

  • your link will always render the latest content as changes are made

  • each shared link can be set to expire

  • you can easily delete the links

  • there is no need to create temporary users anymore!
