Snapshot publishing popup

The snapshot publishing popup allows you to create a snapshot of the current content.

The popup can be used to create a snapshot and add it to any collection by a user with permission as a collection contributor.

Once a snapshot is created the popup will display

  • the date the last snapshot created

  • the user who created the snapshot

  • the list of collections the snapshot has been added to

If the user does not have contributor permission for any collection linked to the space, the Choose collections drop-down menu will be empty and a snapshot cannot be created.

A collection contributor can use the popup to create a new snapshot version of the document using the Re-snap button. The updated snapshot version will be added to the listed collections. Additional collections to add the snapshot can be chosen from the dropdown menu before using the Re-snap button.
