Overview

This page explains how to integrate all K15t Scroll for Confluence apps (including K15t Scroll Office) with Comala Document Management.

K15t Scroll for Confluence

For best results, use the latest version of the K15t Scroll for Confluence app(s) and the Comala Document Management app.

How it works

When creating your Export Scheme, and a workflow is activated, you can define if you want to export only the most recently Published states of content (see Publishing for instructions of setting up Comala Document Management for publishing).

To export only published pages, for example using K15t Scroll CHM Exporter:

  • On a Confluence page, select your desired export format from the Page Tools menu – e.g. Export to CHM.
  • Click Customize Settings, and choose Comala Document Management.

    (info)When creating or editing Export Schemes, you can also enable Comala Document Management support the same way!
  • Activate option Only published versions.
  • Click Start Export.

The exported pages depend on the user permissions and the status of the checkbox:
