An approval can be undertaken for pages or blog posts that have previously been reviewed and are in the Rejected state.

The Approve button will transition the content to the Approved state. There is no option to further reject the content - the Reject button is disabled (greyed out).

As in the Review state content review, you will be able to assign, reassign and unassign reviewers using + Add reviewer button in the popup.

Updating Rejected Content

Although the workflow does not allow a Reject decision in the Rejected state, the content can be edited.

If the page or blog post in the Rejected state is edited and the changes are saved the workflow will automatically transition the content to the Review state for further editing and review.
