Overview

Use this option to add an approval to an individual page or blog post.

This option is only available when there is no space approval enabled.

Adding an approval

Choose Page Tools → Add Page Approval:

Appears for pages and blog posts:

  • only when no space approval is enabled.
  • only for users who have view and edit (or view and admin) permission for the content
