The following workflows are available in the Comala Document Management Workflows Exchange Repository.
Workflows in the repository can be imported to your instance using the Comala Document Management for Data Center and Server apps.
A Comala Document Management workflow in the repository can be imported to an individual space or to the instance.
- by a global administrator as a global workflow templates using the global workflow Import option in the app global administration
- by a space administrator as a space workflow template using the space workflow Import option in space tools
To import a workflow, the administrator must be added as a member of the Comala Document Management importers groups in global administration.
Some of these workflows may be specific to different versions of Comala Document Management.
