Overview

The Comala Document Management app keeps a full audit trail of key events such as configuration, template and parameter edits.

Displaying the Audit Log

If you're using Confluence 5.10 or above, the Comala Document Management app will use the Confluence Audit Log to track important changes to workflows.

To access the Audit Log:  → General Configuration → Audit log

To filter the audit log to Workflow specific events, enter "Comala Document Management" in to the filter box at the top of the audit log.

    • updating
    • enable/disable
    • uninstalling
  • App configuration:
    • changing notifications
    • changing configuration
  • Workflow templates:
    • create
    • edit
    • delete
  • Workflow parameters:
    • create
