Space administrators

Require global app permissions (be member of user group added to app global Publishers Group, Copiers Group or Collection Managers group) to

• configure each space for space publishing, copy space or snapshot publishing

• publish all the content in the space using space publishing

• enable single page publishing for users who are content editors in the space

• copy the space content to another space in a one-off operation

• create and manage their own snapshot collections as a collection manager including setting user view and contributor permission for each collection

• link to other collections (for which they have been added to as contributors) to their space to allow the addition of snapshots from the current space to these linked collections

• manage snapshots in their space

Content editors

With Comala Publishing app global permission

• can publish a single page from the page

Content editors

Who have been added as a contributor to one or more snapshot collections

• can add a static versioned snapshot of a Confluence document to the collection

Confluence users

Who have been added as viewer of one or more named collections

• can view snapshot documents added to the collection irrespective of their permissions on the source Confluence document using the collections global viewer
