If the state has a content review, this will be characterized in the workflow popup by buttons, usually captioned "Approve" and "Reject"will include two buttons for a user to undertake an approval decision. By default, these are captioned Approve and Reject.
The Approve and Reject buttons can be configured to action a content review transition.
The workflow progress tracker bar can be found at the bottom of the workflow popup.
Note: If the circle on 
If the workflow status bar has a state indicator circle that is filled, it means you (as the current user viewing the content) are assigned to a content review in the current document state. For For more information on what the circle means, see status indicator circles.
