You can apply a Comala Document Management Cloud workflow to content by adding either

• a workflow to single page

• a workflow to all content in a space

Only one workflow can be active on an individual page at any one time. In addition, in cloud only one workflow can be active in a space. You cannot currently have multiple active workflows in a space - there is no option to use a content label filter.

If you require different processes for different content in a space you may need to create a single workflow with different pathways - see FAQ - Can I have multiple workflows in a space.
