Choose Remove to remove the page workflowapproval.
After removal of a page workflowwapproval, if a new page workflow is added when Document Activity was retained:
the last approval state in the document activity will be applied - not the initial Review state of the new page workflow
if the current state is one of the draft states, Review or Rejected and the content had previously been in the Approved state then the page sub-title will include a breadcrumb link to the approved content
any previous document activity is available in the document activity report
The Remove Page WorkflowApproval option appears on pages and blog posts only when a Page WorkflowApproval has been added to the individual page - and the space workflow approval is not enabled.
If the user does not have space admin permission the popup will not display the option to delete document activity. The document activity is retained by default.
