The easiest way to add simple reviews and approvals to Confluence Cloud

Comala Document Approval makes it easy to ensure content is reviewed and signed-off, on a per-page or a per-space basis.

Approvers are assigned right inside of Confluence, using the simple workflow popup UI.

The included reporting tool Approvals Report allows you to see the approval status of every page inside a space.

Content can be reviewed in a draft Review state

• once approved by a reviewer the content is automatically transitioned to the Approved state
• if the page is updated when in the Approved state, a new version of the page is created in the Review state
