Overview
When a workflow is added to a page or blog post, the workflow content byline item is added below the page/blog heading.
The name of the current workflow state is shown next to a colored status indicator circle.
Choosing the status indicator circle and state name byline breadcrumb opens the workflow popup for the current state.
A user with view-only permission will be able to access the workflow popup but the contents will be disabled.
The content byline item will change to show the current workflow state.
There are three states in the Basic Approval Workflow.
When in a draft state (either Review or Rejected), if there is also an approved version of the content, the content byline item will include a link to the current version of the approved state.
A user can view the latest approved version by choosing the View approved byline item.
The latest approved version will be displayed with a byline item confirming this is an approved version and a View pending approval link to the current draft version.
A user with view-only permission will be able to access the byline links on the draft content version to view the latest approved version.
