There is no option to add the Document Management Actions Report macro as a standalone macro to content.
Overview
The Document Management Actions Report macro is used to create a summary of pending document actions - tasks and approvals - assigned to that user in the current instance.
The macro is used to display this information for the current user. The report is only available for the current user
- in the Document Actions tab in user profile
- as the My Comala Document Management Document Actions display on the Confluence dashboard
Adding the report
This report macro is NOT AVAILABLE as a standalone macro to add to content.
It can be removed from the user's Confluence dashboard by choosing to disable the Document Actions Dashboard Component in global configuration of the Comala Document Management app.
Customizing the report
The report macro cannot be added to content and cannot be customized.
Report Filters
The report can be filtered by the current user in their user profile using the Type v dropdown menu to display the type of pending document action.
This can be
- the current user's pending assigned tasks
- the current user's pending assigned content reviews
- all the current user's pending assigned tasks and content reviews
By default, the report will display both pending assigned tasks and content reviews for the current user.
