Why can't I find my Comalatech workflows in my Cloud site after migration?

Our integration with the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant currently only migrates the ‘current state' of a document.

However, your Comalatech workflows are not migrated.

(info) Prior to migration, you can update to the latest version of Comala Document Management server and use a trial license for the purposes of your migration.

Solution

As Comalatech workflows in Confluence Cloud use a JSON format rather than the 'markup' format used in Server, you need to recreate your workflows using Workflow Builder.

If you are using workflows bundled with the app, the Cloud app includes JSON versions of those in the server app.
